RAISING CHILDREN between two cultures
Immigrants and even second generation Canadians still face a dilemma in dealing with their children,
and as if being a teenager is not hard enough already, some of those youngsters need to reconcile the peer pressure - their eagerness to fit in and be accepted
- with meeting the demands of their parents who appear to them to be from a different planet.

D I F F E R E N T ....
We are finally and effectively laying the foundation of a truly
"cross cultural" country
KPL obtained funding to purchase children's books in three languages:
- Farsi
- Hindi
- Mandarain (Chinese)
so, tonight we join in REJOICING the launch and the initiative
and want you to come out and share and support this evening with everyone
regardless of your heritage ..
The next children's department launch we celebrate may be your 'other' language,
for your children and grandchildren ..
