so it will take place a week later than the official actual date
Cross Cultures Magazine & The City of Kitchener and our entire diverse community
join together to commemorate the UN International Day for Elimination of Racial Discrimination

The morning from 8:15 till 2:15 is focused on youth and school students,
the rest of the day is more to the general public (including youth)

Chloe Calendar & Lisbeth Haddad of Skylark
(empowering motivational speakers, singers, performers)
will address Racial Discrimination issues then we will open the floor for discussion
Chloe Callender and Lisbeth Haddad are motivational educational facilitators. As Skylark they provide interactive presentations and workshops, engaging participants in activities aimed at freeing them from cultural and racial bias.
It is frightening to think of more of us growing up to continue negative stereotyping and hatred of "others". Guided by a spirit of unity and mutual respect and utilizing innovative creative methods, Skylark is energised and filled with new hope each time we share our knowledge, experience and understanding.
